A very good book SIGNED to the half title (and mentioning Motilal Kothari - to whom the film is dedicated) by the Author, �Lyndon ??: There would of course have/been no film without Moti/ and Stuart that my awareness of that fact is evident in all I have attempted to say in this book/My love/Dickie A/ 2 Dec 1982�. Some bumping to the head and base of the spine and corners. In a like unclipped wrapper - a little faded to the spine. Exceptionally scarce inscribed in this way.
